Sierra had her track & field day today. She participated in frisbee throw, softball throw, and the 75 & 100 meter dashes. She did a great job in all of them - in loafers, no less! I told her to change into her P.E. shoes before-hand, but she "forgot."
Elise was a good little cheerleader for her biggest sister! I gave her a lollie as an incentive...
Looking for Mr. Butterfly... with the lollie still in hand...
Ready to go... with the lolly still in hand... pretty much unlicked...
I don't think she ever ate it.
When we got home, the kids took off for the backyard and found a seemingly injured bird...
Abby was a bit weirded out by the worm Trevor put in the tire for the bird...
But she got over it quickly, and went to spread weeds - I mean, blow dandelions...
Trevor said he had fun on his field trip today. I wanted to come along, but figured Elise would distract more than I could help. Anyone who knows her, knows what I'm talking about. But I love her for it :)
Oh, and when the kids went to show Robert the bird, it had already flown away. :)

Yeah, she was supposed to change into P.E. clothes, too, but oh well :) Her 1st race she placed 4th & got a yellow ribbon, and the 2nd was 5th (got a participant ribbon) and the frisbee & softball throw she'll find out on Mon. what she placed :)
